Nice temp fix, and great diagnosis on it blowing loose on the one crack.
True jeepmanship at work.

Now where's my dancing Kool-Aid guy smiley at?

It is kind of cool, but when it is in your own thread and you end up posting all the time, it is like a blinking flourescent tube. I thought I was going to have a seizure... lol

All good.

well im right around 250miles on most of the thermosteel and it is holding up well, except the larger crack is starting to come back, but i did not use the wire mesh like i should have, ive moved fixing the exhaust up to my next project, found out a "friend of a friend" works at autozone and will get me a discount so im going to be putting in a new header / downpipe and upgrading my flowmaster 40 series to a delta 44, but as for the thermosteel it definetly works well for smaller cracks it is still perfect there, but the larger cracks that require the mesh i can not vouch for, im sure it works well but im going to be replacing it all in 1 week so not going to bother trying it lol, will keep updating how it holds up on the smaller ones untill i get it changed tho!

well it looks like 450 is the magic number, about 450 miles on the original thermosteel i put on it and it is starting to leak a little bit again, not to bad lasted MUCH longer than JB weld lol, $8 = 450 miles, pretty good if you plan on replacing the header anyway!
