Horn/electrical

Ok,

I made a post this morning about my jeep not running properly.

Now I just got called out of my office because my horn is blowing. I pulled the cables for the horn but now im starting to think I have an electical issue on my hands.

There is a constant clicking noise in the steering column, it almost sounds as if the emergency lights are on but the clicking is spurratic, sometimes very fast, sometimes nothing, sometimes a slow click. Applying the brake stops the clicking.

In ONE day my jeep has gone from 0 issues since purchased used a year ago, to 2 back to back. WTF

Has your Jeep been rained on recently without its top being on by any chance?

Same issue!

I'm having a very similiar issue AND YES I accidentally left the top down on my 1999 jeep wrangler sahara the night before! Weird though, I lived in florida for years and I'd leave the top down all the time with no issues. Any idea what the problem is??? I'm guessing electrical, right?
