The parking drum brakes adjust the usual way, via a small "star wheel" you turn with a brake adjusting tool until the brake shoes start dragging on the drum as you rotate the tire, then you back off just a tad. The star wheel is accessible after removing a small oval rubber plug on the outside of the brake backing plate, accessible from the rear. The parking brake cable is not normally adjusted for this problem but it could be tightened up with a simple wrench if the cable is loose and adjusting the rear drums didn't help.
