How do you undo the connection at the Fuel rail?

This is on a 2000 Jeep Wrangler 4.0 6 cyl. Does anyone know how to unhook the fuel rail from the fuel line? It has kind of a push style connection and I can't figure it out without breaking it. Any help would be appreciated.

You lift the retaining clip off and pull the line off the rail. The clip lifts up then towards the intake manifold. Be sure to release the pressure off the rail before you disconnect it.
