How to determine amount of lift?

Hello: I am trying to find an unlifted Rubicon (and am a rookie with Jeeps). Other than the obvious visual effect of a lifted vehicle, how can I tell/where do I inspect the body and suspension to see if, or how much, it has been lifted? (The significantly raised ones are easy to see; I have trouble with the Jeeps with small amounts of body and/or suspension lifts). Thank you.

Look for tubular control arms, gray, red, or blue coil springs, and large (2"+) spacers on top of the coil springs. These are things to easily spot to tell if the suspension has been modified. How much lift what actually achieved might be determined by the tire height. TJ's running 33" tires are probably lifted 3-4" and a larger tire would require more lift.
