Remove the oil pump drive assembly (where the distributor used to be) now called the OPDA. Chuck something like a long screwdriver with the handle cut off into a drill. With the drill set for normal drilling (not reverse) insert the flat blade end into the oil pump slot & run the drill. As pressure builds you will hear & feel the drill bog down somewhat, you now have oil pressure. The pump is now primed & the filter is filled.
