How to/what to do

So whether it's my problem or not (shuddering starting on hills) I should grease my slip yoke. I searched for a how to on this...I'm a noob, I want to learn...and I don't know what needs greasing where. I know the big ass splines on the shaft, but I saw people mention dust boots and spines inside the slip yoke. Could someone tell me what to do...somewhat step by step or direct me to somewhere that does. I don't want to hurt anything, I love my TJ.
