I need some help

Today I was driving on 3rd gear at about 3700 RPMs .. As I released the gas I can't quite remember what did besides that.. My jeep started shaking, and vibrating like crazy.. My stick shift was wobbling pretty crazy a well .. .. It all stopped as I slowed down to a stop .. I the pulled over and checked the vehicle everything seemed in tact .. I drove it the rest of the way home N it drove perfectly after that.. Amyotrophic know what might have caused that or anything??

Was it a shake in the front end or in the engine?

Sounds a lot like the Death Wobble that we all endure at some point during ownership. The best things to do are to make sure everything up front is connected and in good shape to include the tires.

3700 in 3rd, you mpg's must be really bad. When you let up on the gas was it still in 3rd and the back pressure slowing you down. Maybe it was something in the driveline.

Death wobble is not caused by this action, it is commonly caused by hitting a bump in the road at a certain speed.
