inconsistent death wobble

I have a 2002 jeep TJ 4.0L I-6 manual completely stock. When i drive it on the highway it starts to shake when im in 4th or 5th gear 100+ km/h but its not constant. For example if im in 4th gear and hit 2100rpm it will start to shake but not before or after. Another example is it will shake if i go 120km/h in 5th gear but if im in 4th it wont. Any help would be awesome!

Doesn't sound like death wobble.

Is the steering wheel shaking? Or is the jeep shaking? Sounds like it could be some driveline problems instead of DW.
