After bending probably my third ZJ tie rod upgrade (actually the drag link this time), I finally bit the bullet and ordered the CurrectLync from Savvy Offroad. What a beast..!! Very impressed with the 1 1/4" alloy rods and the overall engineering. It went on easy enough, set the toe, re-centered the steering wheel, greased up the joints and the Jeep is back on the road and ready to gp out and play some more.

While disassembling the old tie rod, I took a little video of how to disassemble the tapered joints on steering/suspension. All you need is the appropriate size wrench and about a 2# hammer. We had all three joints separated within 5 minutes.

It os a beefy setup. You will enjoy not having to worry about bending anymore. At least not for the most part.

I use a hammer too, what do you do with a wrench, just loosen the nut? Videos not working.

Don't think the Currectlync is immune from bends. My Tierod is currently bent. Not enough to where adjusting the system didn't fix it but it is a little tweaked.
X2, it is heat treated so it will bend just before something more serious upstream will break. I bent my tie rod several times over the years but never broke anything further upstream.
