Interior Light Door Switch Question

Is there a part I can buy that will screw onto the threads of this part to keep the door switch down when the doors are off? I don't want to uplug them from behind the switch and I also don't want to disconnect the floor lights that remain on when the doors are not on. thanks if anyone can help. I have a 2000 Wrangler Sierra

Just pull your fuse. The overhead lights and the buzzer will stop when the doors are off.

As JP suggested, pull the fuse that is located behind the glove box; be careful not to leave your lights on though; like JP said your warning buzzer will not work.

Its the bottom right fuse (i think)

OR Quadratec sells little clips that hold the thing in as if the door was closed

yup, #4. The all knowing Jeep Engineers knew someone would eventually take their doors off, so they made it easy (sort of)

all i do is pull the switch like shown on the picture and pinch the bottom and unplug it from the harness, no need to spend money on a clip this way the dinger still works along with the dome light.
