The stock rubicon does not come with a double cardan shaft it has a single u joint on each end. OP try removing the rear u joints and see how far the splines extend into the t case.
Yes I purchased a Tom woods driveshaft. My tcase has a fixed flange off of it, and yes a double Camden shaft mounted to it to my rear axle.
Remove rear driveshaft u joints or do you mean just remove the shaft to check. I plan to do this tomorrow rear first, then try the front as well. As for splined into tcase it's fixed so how do I see there is no slip to it. My OP refers to the Tom woods shaft itself being perhaps to short so it's at maybe max length just to reach the rear axle.
