krylon fusion (plastic spray paint) its found everywhere its like 5 bucks a can though but it works wonders.

Just tape off your jeep and spray about 6" away

BrokenWallet's Krylon Fusion paint is by far the best solution. For a quick and easy 'return to black' use a heat gun on the flares. That is an old trick that actually works very well but it lasts less than a year if the Jeep sits out in the sun much.

rub it down with vegetable oil before you put the heat gun to it.

btw gorrilla use alchohol before spraying it down to remove any oils that may be on the flares

it will make it shine a little more, and have been told that it will not re-oxidize as fast.
