Is this a trac bar drop bracket?

Or is this the factory setup?

I have the drag link and tie rod off right now.
Replacing all of it.

Yes, that is a kludge bracket that just doesn't do anything but cause problems like bump steer since it screws up the steering geometry. The best combination for the vast majority f us is the OE (non-dropped) Pitman arm with a track bar mounted at stock height locations.
When you have a choice, buy American.
