Is this driveshaft play normal?

See my video. First showing the rear driveshaft, and then the front driveshaft. The only play is the turning that you see. There is zero play in any of the U-Joints or up and down and in and out.

Yes rotational play like that is normal and is actually required. That play comes from the 'backlash' (slop) required between the ring & pinion gears in the axle.
