Is this leak normal?

I can smell a bit of antifreeze at idle and once i shut the jeep off. After the jeep is off i will have a small amount of liquid by the front tire.

This picture is looking at the firewall on the passenger side. I am guessing its just condisation. It so then i still have to look into the antifreeze smell.

That *looks* like clean water, which is condensate coming from the A/C evaporator. That's what that drain hole is for (yours is missing the 90° rubber elbow)
However, if your heater core is leaking, anti-freeze/ coolant will leak out of there as well.

that tube is for your ac condensation, normal.. the antifreeze smell is not normal.. check all your hoses and try to find the leak, also watch your antifreeze level

Go shine a flashlight and/ or stick your finger in the floor heat ducts under the dash, in front of the center console. A leaking heater core will leak coolant out of those ducts as well, and onto the carpet on both sides of the center hump.
