Lets start with.

Year?
Model?

And in the even that you did, DO NOT try and engage 4WD (untill you get it fixed) you will brake something much more expensive... trust me

doesn't mean mr. tire monkey put them in correctly. But hopefully it's something simple as a ujoint or the tranny/t-case mount.

Get under. see if you can move your T case around. if you can your probably broke a mounting bolt or something.

My best guess would be something internal in the tranny. If you only get clunking in first then thats my first thought.

support the trans/t-case with a jack stand.
Remove the 4 small nuts in the center of the t-case skid.
remove the belly skid plate. 3 bolts each side ( have the skid supported with a floorjack. it's all that holds the drive train up and it ain't nice to get smacked in the head with)
remove the mount...2 bolts.

repeat in reverse order.

question, how do i get the rear pinion angle to be correct b/c I think that is whats messing up my u-joints and causing them to fail.

If you have adjustable control arms,, that is the best way... I would hope, that with the lift you have listed, the control arms should (don't quote me) be adjustable.

Post pictures of the pinion angle for the front and rear the front is normally ok since it is a longer driveshaft. The rear is the issue. Also of the deformed driveshaft.
