Exclamation Jeep jumps after hitting bump?? Need help

Hey guys so when i hit a bump and accelerate after my jeep sort of goes then stops as if i was hitting the brakes then hitting the gas but violently, all while im pressing down the pedal to accelerate. Also sometimes i will shift into second or third and accelerate and it will do the same thing.. Any ideas why this happens??? Its a 2005 with only 37,000 miles on it.. Any help much appreciated!
