Jeep TJ Hemi Swap

Hey guys, new to the Forum

Would really appreciate your guys help figuring out all the legistics to do a Hemi swap in my TJ. I have a donor 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 with Hemi and auto trans. I do not plan on using the auto trans.

Things that I am wondering:

-NV4500 manual trans match bell housing?
-NV4500 strong enough?
-Would love Dana 60s but cant afford. Looking at getting some junked 2008 srt8 diffs from a grand cherokee. Require lot of mod to fit. Any axle ideas? Dana 44 w/ upgraded axles?
-NV4500 to NP241 transfer case?

Any help would be great!

sduncan is on a distinguished road's some reading for you. I've attached links to my build thread and two others.. read through them and send me a PM if you have any questions. My build and M. Gimelli's were done in California and are 50 state legal and CARB approved. All were done by the owners and not at a professional shop.

And so it begins...5.7 Hemi conversion -
