Cool jeep zipper

oops I am new to this, anyway, I am trying to put a new zipper in my soft top and the corner is crinkled to where the new zipper won't lay down. The old zipper in it now comes apart in that cornerand gets stuck, it is also getting off track. So I am trying to put a new one in it but it is not working, any suggestions ?

Buy a new soft top, or pay a professional upholstery person to do it.
