I've got the same problem. Whenever you see pics of a Jeep with lights mounted at the windshield, they are always too far away to see the actual wiring. I took the cowl off of mine and looked around and it looks like that's where they have to go. The wiring on the KCs I bought have a 'greenfield' around them so they don't look so bad. I'm sure Jerry will be posting to let you know how to do it, I'll be interested to see what he has to say. I'm gonna let you go first and then post some pics !!

Take the whipers off and remove the cowl and run the wires down there.

I don't have KC light but I brought some harbor freight lights and this is how I wired them up. Ran them under then into the hood drilled a hole in a plastics peace and ran the wires in that way.

I'm gonna do it the same way I think. Just got to figure out how to get the wires to the back of the center dash to the rocker switch.

In mannyssj13's pictures, his first one, there is a hole on the left side that the wires can run down into the cab and behind the dash.

The hole where that wire loom is going in... I ran my switch wires down there behind the dash to where I mounted my switch next to my rear whipper switch.

You should not have to drill any holes. You should be able to pull aside the gromet where that main wire loom goes through to snake the wires through next to it.

Well I had to squeeze the wires through the cowl, i loosened the screws and put it in the open space, it looks professional just make sure you get wire sleeves and you'll be set.
