Exclamation Knocking from oil pan it seems

I have begun having this issue, a knocking noise that is louder by oil pan then top of engine. Is this a bad Rod? Bad Lifter, Would I have to replace all rods, if so should I and how much should it run. If its a lifter how much should it run? And if its a bad rod should I just replace engine?

Its a 2000 Wrangler, 4.0L, 6 Cyl, with 112,000 miles
