knocking near wheel

Here is my problem: I drive an 02 Jeep wrangler sport and after driving a while around town, I'd say when my jeep gets warm I start to hear a knocking sound near my front driverside wheel. I thought that it was the wheel hub/bearing assembly so I replaced the drivers side. It seemed that that was the problem because I didn't hear the knocking noise anymore until a month later It reappeared, this time sounded like the passenger front tire. I changed that this past week and still the noise persists. Since I change the hub/bearing ass. I also changed the u-joints on both sides. It seems to only happen when I drive the jeep alot and it gets hot. Oh ya I forgot to metion that the noise stops knocking when I press the brakes lightly. Can anyone assist with some advise? Thanks.
