LED Tail Lights/Flasher Relay

So im thinking of replacing my tail lights with 4" LED lights from amazon. They come with grommets and wiring plugs.

Im thinking of getting either of these two, im not sure which yet, they are both similar in price.

Im also going to order two 2" reverse lights and stick them in my rear bumper.

Im a little confused on what flasher relay i need and how to install it. I have a 99 tj and i thought i remembered hearing the flasher relays were for 01+.

Any help with the flasher relay would be amazing. And any opinions on those two tail lights would help also. Thanks!

I have ones similar to the cheaper ones. I picked up at tractor supply for like $12 each. Sealed led with gromet. Dont forget about a license plate light. I picked up a really cool led one from meijers for $17. Ill post a pic of it if i have one on my phone...

As far as the flasher relay goes just cut the circuit.. You only need the new relay on the newer model tj's. Do a search for flasher relay mod...
