Left tire rubbing inside wheel well

I have 31x10.5.15 BFG AT on stock Canyon wheels at stock height. If I turn all the way to the left the tire would rub the inside wheel well. Any one out there have this problem? Will wheel spacer correct this issue? Are wheel spacers safe for street and mild off roading?

a one inch wheel spacer will not hurt your jeep, even if offroading.
its a pretty common approach, and pretty cheap and easy. make sure you
torque them down properly and check them after a few days, should be fine!

Thanks for reminding me, I need to take a hammer to mine tomorrow!
I completely forgot.

I must have jammed something up in there, bent the inner fender well, and it was catching on the tire whenever it flexed last time out.

Oh! For you, the steering stop adjustment thing should work just fine, and it's cheap!
