lift with spacers

Is it possible to have a lift kit say around 2-3 inches with 1 inch spacers? does that work?

Stacking spacers is generally thought of as a poor choice.

Some have gone as far as to say one might be "inviting disaster" by doing this.

Budget boost kits with 2'' or 3'' spacers aren't terribly expensive.

Should work fine. I have 3" springs with 3/4" spacers.
