Limited slip axles

Anybody: Does the "Sport" designation on a '99 Wrangler TJ include some form of limited slip differentials? I'm not a hard core off-roader and not interested in lockers.

Thanks.

Nope, just because its a sport does not mean it will have the LSD. However, make sure it has the rear dana 44, ID: metal drain plug, as it is a far better rear axle.

Thanks for all the good input re: d44 vs d35 and the limited slip issue. Have run 4x4 pickups for 40 years but never owned a Jeep before. Learning as fast as I can.
