Lockout bearings

I've got a TJ with a locker and a warn lockout hubs. I bought it this way and don't know much about it. The inner hub assembly bearings went bad and I was wondering if anyone knew if they take the same bearings as the stock hub assembly. Same with the shaft as its grooved now. Thanks

I doubt it. I've never heard of anyone tearing into a bearing assembly for the parts.

Which Warn hub kit do you have. They had two. With Warns first kits, the hubs were held on by the wheel and were 5 on 4 1/2" bolt pattern. Later kits used Warn's premium hubs with 5 on 5 1/2" bolt pattern. It required a CJ rotor specially machined for the D30s brakes.

Take your bad parts to your local bearing distributor. They can figure out exactly what bearings and seals you will need. I've had some luck doing that with NAPA, but not always.

First pic is the 5 on 4 1/2" hub. Second is the larger and stronger 5 on 5 1/2" hub...

Randy's Ring & Pinion at Randy's Ring & Pinion bought out the Warn manual hub line and can tell you what bearings you need. I have run both of the above hubs & can probably provide the part numbers if you tell us which you have.
Remember that having a different opinion doesn't also require one to be a jerk when expressing it.

When you have a choice, buy American.

I would say Email Warn with what you have and get them to send you the instructions. That is what I did and they were extremely helpful. I used the contact us link on their website. They sent me a installation sheet with a list of part number s for each bearing and seal. The seals and bearings are available from NAPA. The hubs are available from Warn and the other hard parts are available from Randy's.

Sorry for the delay guys. I did call Randy's Ring and ordered the parts. The bearings are a standard bearing that could be picked up at NAPA but I had to get the spindle from Randy's. Got her going shortly after receiving the parts.

Take care and God Bless
