long starts

lately i have noticed increased turn over time to start my jeep. its not dragging like a charging issue (battery is brand new, and alt tested fine) its like its not getting fuel or spark. after a about 10 sec it fires up, sputters once or twice and then runs perfect. hasnt been issue really till last week. its taking so long that my remote start will not start the jeep any more. its only going to get colder out so i want ot fix this asap.
