loose top help!!

i just replaced the top on my 2001 TJ with a brand new Quadratop but it seems loose. the clips above the doors are extremely loose, you can snap them out very easily, and my side windows are really loose as well. i know it's older, and a soft top, so it'll never be perfect but i'm hoping there's a way to tighten everything up to make me feel a little better...

thanks!!

I had to re install 1 for a friend and you had to lay the top upside down on the hood and then roll it over the jeep .. Thats the only help i can provide
