Loss of Power/Rgh Running

Have run into a problem. Jeep has been running fine. Today when I left for work. On highway had loss of power (couldn't keep speed) and engine light started to flash. Oil changed this weekend & just filled up with gas. Runs OK till about 45 MPH then it's rough and hard to get more speed. Not sure where to look first. I am in process of pulling plugs to check. But I just replaced them, wires, cap & rotor only 12M ago.

i'd say check your plugs wires and distributer and also your o2 sensor also try this turn your key three times to the on position (when the guages start working) without starting it then on the third time leave it in the on position and wait a few seconds the were your miles are at some numbers will appear its a self diognostic computer code when its done with the codes it will read 55 and eather the check engine light will eather come on or stay off. if you have a haynes manuel for your jeep it should be in chapter 6 if not then post them and i'll check them for you

Loss of Power/ Rgh Run -Fixed - Guru's Input Wanted

I got it fixed I think. Well it's running fine again. Here's what I found.
Thanks for your suggestions.

#3 Cyl spark plug - electrode gone ceramic still in place.
Don't know if I fixed the problem or if I fixed the result of a bigger problem.

It is running fine. Plugs and wires only had 15M on them I replace all plugs and wires this morning. I've heard of plugs failing like that but have never experienced.
