Low beams don't work...

Just bought a 2002 Wrangler Sport and the low beams don't work. The high beams and the fog lights work fine. I bought new headlights, and still have the same problem. The fuses all look good, so I'm assuming it's either a relay or the switch itself? After looking around I've seen that a lot of people have the same problem, but I'm not sure how to go about fixing it. Any ideas?

There is no relay in the headlight circuit. So unless your headlight wiring has an issue, I'd have to say your problem is in the headlight switch itself. The headlight switch in my '97 TJ did the same thing which was fixed by replacing the switch.
