What type (Brand) of wires do Jeep Owners use? I believe I need to change mine... I did the air filter already and it was pretty dirty.. I'm getting some bad mileage and I'm thinking if I get new Plugs / Wires / Cap & Rotor it will help but not for sure which ones to get.

Thanks

You can tell if there are alot of cracks on the side that rides in the groves of the pulleys or if it is glazed and as far as brands I'm not sure I am at a tec school right now so my teacher usually orders the best parts not sure tho I've seen a few threads tho look around maybe you local parts store will recommend brands if you don't find anything

Just got my TJ today from a private seller that bought it new in 1997 and has every single record for it. Oil changes exactly at 6K miles and a $750 tune up just last week before selling it with a new distributor and battery. NOW thats nice. I was looking for over a month for a TJ

Nice! My tj came with nothing but a new air filter ): and bad tires almost done brakes and it looks like the spark plugs haven't been changed in forever! Its all good now tho! Personally I would change oil every 3000 miles.
