Mangled grill mount

Guys take a look at this:

How would you fix this?

Bang on it to try to get it back in shape?
Cut it out and weld a new one in?
Replace the entire crossmember tube?
Upgrade to something like this?

I appreciate your thoughts on this!

Well how deep is your wallet and how much does it bother you?
Cheap, fairly easy, heat and hammer/ dolly it back into shape.
Not too expensive and a little harder, replace the bracket.
More money and more work, replace the tube.
Lots of money, and some work, install the stretch kit.
