Manifold stud replacement

I have been searching online and reading a couple of threads, but still found nothing useful. Well, the rear manifold stud is broken off in my 98 TJ Wrangler 2.5L 4 cylinder which causing a ticking sound until the engine gets warms up. Just wondering how do I get the stud out and add a new one? If you know any place where I can buy best quality manifold stud at affordable price, please let me know.

Any advice and tips are welcome.

Is the stud broken off flush or is part on it sticking out?
