Misfire on 1 & 4

Help. Coming home on the interstate the Jeep suddenly lost power and started misfiring. Checked the codes: 300, 301 & 304. So my question is are 1 & 4 on the same coil pack? Been running fine. Offroaded on Sat and cleaned the engine compartment yesterday. I'm thing moisture in a coil maybe. Any help is appreciated.

Well guess my girl just wanted to worry me during dinner. Came out after an hour and a half she started up and purred like a happy cat. Drove home roughly 15 miles with no problems at all. So hopefully all is good now. I just love gremlins.

Yes, 1 and 4 are complimentary cylinders - both on the same coil on the coil rail like you asked.

Have someone with good hearing listen for a snap snap snap as you rev it. It sounds like the coil rail is dying.

Check the boots on those two - it may be a simple and cheap fix.
