misfire on cylinder #1

So i have been getting a misfire on cylinder #1 code....0301.... I have changed plugs the whole coil and wire piece that goes across. I have done just about everything i could think of i talked to my mechanic and he says all the cylinders have right at 150 compression and 1 is at about 125 doesn't seem that bad off. When at idle it shakes like its cutting out and you can put paper over the tail pipe and see it suck back in on the back stroke. Im guessing that i have a burnt valve because it will run like crap for a while then its like the valve spins off the burnt places and will run good for awhile. Forgot to mention this is a 4.0. If anyone has any comments or suggestions what would be the best way to replace heads please give me some heads up.

What year is it? You said youve replaced the coil i had the same issue and it was the entire coil rail that fixed it so maybe replace the coil rail or packs again

It is a 2002 and i changed the entire rail when i redone the plugs and still changed nothing. I am leaning on a burnt valve because it will mess up and then run good for a little while. Im thinking the valve is spinning on and off the burnt spot and thats whats causing it to come and go.
