Question More lift questions... Help please

I'm redoing my lift... here's the basics. I bought bilstein 5100 shock's cause my rancho 5000's were shot. The bilsteins are for a 3" lift, I currently only have 2" coil spacers...
So first question: Will I be fine running a 2" lift with shocks meant for a 3" lift for now?
Now the other part. I'm planing to switch to 2.5" lift coil spacers, to be on the safe side I want to compensate for that last half inch so my shocks dont bottom out....
So second question: I don't know what to get, bump stops or limiting straps, and what brand or type is the best?

(New bilstein's and old rancho's)

After looking closer to the lift I believe my coil spacers actually extended my bump stops. So I believe I'm going to run my bilstiens on my coil spacers for awhile. I'd still like to hear from ya'll about what I should do when I do get new coil springs though.
