Mudd in the radiator - Suggestions Plz

I FINALLY GOT MY BFG KM2'S!! 31x10.5x15r!! ('05 wrangler x)

So now I'm muddin' a little more. The other day, I was up at Michaux State Forest in PA muddin' with a friend. While I was working on a new mud pit, which consisted of some power-braking, I heard the dinging of the check-engine light. I looked down to notice my thermostat was all the way in the red. After I shutting down my jeep popped the hood, I could hear the sweet gurgle of my coolant boiling.......anyhew...long story short, I believe that it was mud packed in the radiator coils from hitting mud pits throughout the day. After about 20mins, I felt confident enough to drive it home and the temp stayed at the 210 mark and hasen't moved since.

I'm looking for any suggestions or DIY MODS to keep the majority of the mud from clogging up the radiator again. Any help is appreciated. TY in advance

Does my mud make my Jeep look fat?
