Mysterious problem need help

So this happened twice today. I haven't had time to look into it and the local parts shop were closed so I haven't had a chance to get the engine light checked hoping you guys can help me out in the mean time. So as I was driving the engine just simply died including power steering but I managed to pull it over and check under the hood. Nothing seemed out of place and so I just re started the jeep. When I did, it was a bit slow to start. I don't mean it crank for a few seconds and then turned over. It just look a little longer to get to normal idle. After that it drove just as always. A few hours later as I was going to run errands this happened again and I noticed the oil pressure was lower than usual. At idle it usually sits at around the middle mark and at around ~2100 between 1/2 and 3/4s mark. Now at idle it sits between 1/4 and 1/2 mark and at ~2100rpm slightly past 1/2mark.
Any ideas? Could it be leaking oil? I just did an oil change 2days ago.

Pretty odd sounding I'd sure check the oil level before I drove it again!

sounds a bit like water in your fuel apart from the oil pressure?

I don't think so. I filled the gas tank late last week before the oil change and it was fine until today. But I will check the gas also thanks.
