Need help!!!

Ok so last week my transfer case literally blew in half on me leaving work. I figured it was probably already cracked and just had all it could take. But now after replacing it not even 3 days ago it just did the same thing again! And I have no clue why. I need suggestions of anything to check that could be causing it. Please help!

I would say you either have a mounting problem or something is off in the power train angle. How do the engine mounts look? Is the transfercase mount on the skid plate in good condition? How does your driveline angle look, both front and rear?

Driveline angles seem to be good. That was the first thing I checked. And the tcase mount is good. I'll have check the motor mounts. Thanks for the suggestion

Check the joints in your front driveshaft.

How is your CV on the front driveshaft? That will happen if it seizes up.
