Need help in rear window install on soft top

I have a 2001 that I jut installed my new sailcloth replace a top on, I got all of it on and went to put the rear bar on the rear window but not sure how it goes! Does someone have some good pics on how It is suppose to look? And how I. The world you are suppose to mount it to the clips that are mounted to the back if the jeep! I would be much appreciated. I never got a chance to see what it looked like before, the top was missing, and I've never owned a jeep before. Thanks!

When you slide the tailgate bar on, make sure the open slot that the window slides into is facing outward. I have some pics of how it should look w/o the window. I hope the pics help, but if you need me to do a quick video, i can. The first 2 are from the outside and the second 2 are from the inside (don't mind the hooks on the far ends of the outside pics, those were just to hold the tailgate bar in place).

Ok thank you, that helps me out a lot, I wasn't for sure how that bar skid in there, is that a rubber weatherstrip that I see on the 1st 2 pictures that run from 1 bar clip to the other? Mine seems to have just a piece of metal that is in a 45 degree looking angle

So you bought a soft top but your tailgate bar didn't come with a weather strip? That kind of defeats the purpose of the tailgate bar: to keep water out of the tailgate. Here is the same tailgate bar I have: Amazon.com: Bestop 52600-01 Tailgate Bar Kit for 97-06 Wrangler TJ: Automotive

Mini ordered a replace a top because the previous owner already had a soft top on it but was wrecked so he through it out, all the bows and hardware as there just want sure how to install it and didn't ask the guy! The tailgate bar is there but is slightly has. Curve in it and there is no rubber gasket that runs the length over the tailgate, just a angled piece of metal Sony take it that's what the gasket attached to. I just looked online and saw the replacement kits on quadratec so I will order a new one first thing int the morning! Thanks for the help!
