Need help- what is this called?

This piece goes around the outside of the oil pan where the crankshaft goes into the flywheel- what is it called as i need to replace it as its all jacked up.

Looks to me like the rear oil pan seal, should come in a set with oil pan gasket.

Didnt come with the atk engine gasket set or anything with napa autozone or oreillys...
Do u know the exact name of it

Just helped my son replace the oil pan/gasket on his "98" and it has that also...not sure what it's called. I've got a "99"FSM and it doesn't show it. Maybe you could just take it to the dealer with you, or take a look at their drawings. It's just basically a sheet metal collar/strap.

On a Cherokee forum some guy had the diagram blow up and that piece was called a "support". Probably a stealership item.
