Need Some Help With Dash Vents

Hi everyone! I have a 97 TJ and my problem is when I have the heat switched to the position where it will blow onto you the middle vents above radio won't blow any air only the little vents on driver side and pass work. When it is on defrost the middle defroster works and on the floor works. My buddy thought it might be a vacuum leak but we checked it it seems ok any ideas?

There are little black levers that run off the actuator that open and close the flaps to send the heat to where you want. They are know for breaking. If you look under then steering wheel and by doing some very uncomfortable maneuverability you can see them. There are 3

Yep, they'll be about where your right knee sit. Think I got replacements at RockAuto, but it's been awhile. Could also be that the cable on the lever has came loose.

And as weird as it seems the defrost lever which is the top one is called the lower lever and the face/body vents which is the lower lever is know as the upper lever. It's that way because it actually goes off the actuators which cross eachother so the defrost actuator ends up being lower than then the body actuator. If you look at images on google or just take a look yourself you'll understand better. I'm replacing the defrost lever and I made the mistake by ordering the wrong lever so the job got postponed due having to return the part and waiting on the new one
