need some help with pully/mount problem

So the idler pulley went and I guess when it seized it ripped up the aluminum mounting hole. So my question is..this large aluminum piece that holds the idler pulley, the air conditioner condensor and alternator...is this piece available??..can I get a replacement?

heres a picture....
I think what I may try to do instead of replacing the mount is..Smooth the roughed up edges of the bolt hole so its flat again. Re-thread the whole in case the threads are damaged and then space out the new pulley with a few washers if I need too.
