I am swapping out my 30 and 35 front and rear axles for a set of Dana 44s with factory air lockers. I am installing them in a 2000 wrangler sport. They are out of a 2005 rubicon. I have a compressor and tank. I am wanting to run the lockers which are 5 psi and OBA off the same tank. What fittings, line, regulators, etc will I need to get this set up? Thanks. You need a 3 way 12v solenoid, a check valve(put on the tank), a small rubber mounted regulator, a liquid filled 0-15 psi gauge, about 40 ft of 5/16' black air brake hose, what ever size NPT fitting (on you pump tank) to 5/16 quick connect fittings, two quick 5/16" tee's, lots of cable ties.Be sure to roll/coil your hoses 1-2 loops above the axle so movement don't flex and break your hoses. Have fun.

I know of no non-Rubicon air compressor or air pressure regulator I'd trust to use for those particular lockers. It's not easy to reliably regulate the pressure of the typical compressor's 120 psi out of a compressor or air tank down to the required 5 psi so as to not blow out the air bladder inside the locker.

I'd try VERY VERY hard to find a pair of Rubicon air compressors and use them. They are self-regulating and shut themselves off when the proper air pressure is achieved.
