New Battery Cables

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone could help me with a basic instructions on how to make a new set of battery cables for a 2000TJ that have the ability to have an auxiliry post or hook up on them

PIC's would be helpful if that is possible.

Thanks
Wolf

The best I can suggest is to check out a good auto parts store where the people can (knowledge) and wll (time) help you. Its not that difficult and I've seen multi terminal connectors.

I have been going through terminals like crazy. Mostly cause the material was too soft and the 'nut and or bolt' would rip right through.

Then I upgraded to these ..
Best thing ever !!

Take some string and run it along the cables you want replaced. It will give you an idea of how much your going to need. Then get all the parts you need ~ wire, lugs, solder, shrink tube, cutter etc ...

A good site I found that helped me Jeep Horizons :: Homemade Quick Connect Jumper Cables really good pics.

Around here most welding shops can fabricate good battery cables. Check your local shops they may be able to fix you up.
