Hi all! I have been hanging here for a while, but just joined the group and have a question about my new CSF Brass/Copper Heavy Duty radiator. The old oem radiator started to leak on the tank seam so I took the plunge and got a CSF heavy duty all metal, 3 row replacement. It cost MUCH more than oem, but for all metal, I took the plunge hoping it would also cool better since it was a 3 row and was all metal. After letting a week go by to let all the air work its way out, I found that it actually runs a bit warmer than the oem 1 row aluminum. The difference is small, but it is still consistently warmer than the old one.
Anybody here have that same radiator and did you have the same result? On the temp gauge it is running about the width of 2 of the gauge needles warmer, Granted not much, but not what I expected. Experts?
