Thumbs up New TJ Owner

Hey everyone
I just wanted to post something to get some advice.
I'm looking at a 1998 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, it has a 3" body lift, and a 6" Rough Country Lift, with 35" tires, I was going to get the body lift taken off as soon as I got it. I don't know what the axles are and all that but it does look great, it only has 81,000 miles on it, which I think is GREAT!
I was just asking what good accesorries would look great on a Wrangler with a 6" lift and 35's, I was also wondering if sway bar disconnects would be good too.

Thanks Alot guys and I heard alot about a Smittybilt or something fender flares and sing away tire carrier, if you could, send me a website link to find that.

Thanks Guys.

Nuke

I'm not sure if it has any right now. I can't tell by looking at it if it does or not. And I totally agree on the body lift, I think it is too dangerous for me. I don't have pics yet. I might go sometime this weekend and take another look at it and take some.

Have you driven it yet? A 6 inch Rough Country lift means it has short arms. That will be horrible driving down the street on such short arms and steep angles of the arms.

That looks like a 4" suspension and a 2" body.

It is a 3" body, I'm sure, i'm not sure about the suspension, Once I get it i'm going to take to a good 4wd mechanic and see what it is.

Idk about where u live but in NH we have to have full tire coverage soo i would suggest some nice extended flares, Bushwhacker are nice, but pricey, I'm getting the knock off brand TAG but their the same thing. heres a link to a place i get a lot of my stuff they have some nice deals JC Whitney for all Auto parts - Car, Truck, Jeep, Motorcycle & RV Parts, also depends on if ur looking for looks or extras to help u off-roading

Just noticed that the picture was taken higher up than ground level so... It might look lower...
