New to community have a problem and need advice

We bought a used 2002 Jeep TJ. It is making a ticking noise below 2000 rpms. It sounds like its coming from the timing chain cover area. Has anyone had this problem before?

The ticking goes away after I reach 2000 rpms and above. Please help. Thanks so much.
